Home Again!

Hey folks! I'm home again, but not for long. I spent the last ten days out of the house and now am about to go and spend the next ten days out again - this time, house-sitting for the neighbors across the street. Never a dull moment in my life!

I'm really looking forward to house-sitting. I've stocked up on food, movies, books, school and my stories to keep myself busy. I'm hoping to finish my Algebra while I'm over there, but we'll have to see how that works out. I'm having a friend come and stay with me for a couple of days while I'm there, so that will be lots of fun.

I saw my piano teacher on Saturday and apparently she had a super awesome time in Italy. I haven't had any lessons yet though for the both of us have been busy, and I haven't practiced. I'm hoping to start having them again sometime this month. We shall see... I've worked on one story a little, but not much. I'm really hoping to get a lot of writing done while I'm house-sitting.

Have any of you all seen the PBS series Foyle's War? My family just started watching it recently and I love it! I don't really like TV shows in general, but this one has totally captured my attention. Foyle is the Detective Chief Superintendent for the Police in Hastings, England during World War II. He, along with his driver, Sam, and his Detective Sergeant, Paul Milner, solve murders and fight their own war on the home front while all of England struggles for victory over Hitler. Anyway, I'm enjoying it so very much that I had to mention it to you all.

I'm off to eat a bit of dinner and get ready to go house-sitting. Talk later!

That is one of the shows I want. Laura's mom told me about it!

Sounds like you are having a great time though. Colleen is looking forward to spending a few days with you.

She has all ready put in her request of items she wishes to bring...LOL!
